Methodist Dallas Finish Festival

The Methodist Dallas Finish Festival was held on November 4, 2017, allowing any bike rider above the age of three to participate. The city closed down the roads, affording cyclists access to 20 miles of tranquil riding fun.

In addition to the riding experience, participants enjoyed a funky concert. After participating in the Methodist Dallas Finish Festival, riders walked away with a free festival branded water bottle.

VIPs acquired even more festival swag. These lucky participants received a half-zip pullover and a special lunch after the bike ride.

Best of all, the Methodist Dallas Finish Festival supported a worthy cause, allowing Dallas citizens to do good and enjoy a fun ride. The Finish Festival raised money for Incarnation House and BikeTexas.

Incarnation House provides a safe and educational after-school experience for high-risk high school students. BikeTexas is an organization that is committed to making cycling safer for citizens in Dallas and all of Texas.

In addition to the above, the Methodist Health System offered an engaging yoga class at the finish line, allowing cyclists to relax after their ride. There was also a wellness zone, fun activities for kids, and healthy snacks and food truck options.

Those who were not riding in the event could cheer cyclists on for free. The ride started at 8:00 am, and the fun continued for hours.
